10月27日0—24时，通过口岸联防联控机制，报告7例境外输入性新冠肺炎确诊病例，其中2例来自阿联酋。
阿联酋输入病例1为中国籍，在沙特阿拉伯工作，病例2为澳大利亚籍，在阿联酋生活。其中病例1于10月25日自沙特阿拉伯出发，经阿联酋转机；病例2于10月25日自阿联酋出发，乘坐同一航班，10月26日抵达上海浦东国际机场，入关后即被集中隔离观察，期间出现症状。综合流行病学史、临床症状、实验室检测和影像学检查结果等，诊断为确诊病例。
7例境外输入性确诊病例已转至定点医疗机构救治，已追踪同航班的密切接触者243人，均已落实集中隔离观察。
>阿航迪拜至广州EK362航班被熔断
10月26日和27日，民航局再发熔断指令，对中国南方航空公司CZ392航班和CZ3092航班、阿联酋航空公司EK362航班以及埃塞俄比亚航空公司ET684航班实施熔断。
根据民航局通报，10月17日入境的阿联酋航空公司EK362航班（迪拜至广州）核酸检测阳性旅客7人，自11月2日起暂停上述三个航线航班运行一周。11月2日以前的航线可继续执行，如航班触发熔断机制，熔断时间将予以累加计算。熔断航班量均不得用于其他航线。
