●  迪拜的公司后缀有LLC，FZCO，FZE类别，有何不同？
    做外贸的朋友经常会看到迪拜的公司名称后缀有LLC，FZCO，FZE等类别，不同后缀的公司还是有一定的区别的。
    后缀为LLC的公司，是迪拜注册的普通有限责任公司（Limited Liability Company），是迪拜当地人所拥有的公司。即便是外国人投资的公司，也都须找当地人作担保，公司在法律意义上是属于当地保人的，保人至少占公司股份的51%。后缀为FZCO，FZE的公司，是迪拜杰贝阿里自由区JAFZA（包括自由区【中国企业园】）内注册的合资公司和独资公司，这类公司无需当地人担保，投资者全资拥有该公司，并享受自由区内零税收的全部优惠政策。
    FZCO（Free Zone Company）是迪拜杰贝阿里自由区内的合资公司，一般由2－5个股东组成，出资者可以是自然人或公司企业，每个股东最低出资10万迪拉姆，注册资本为50万迪拉姆。FZE（Free Zone Establishment），是迪拜杰贝阿里自由区内的独资公司类型，只由一个股东组成，股东可以是自然人或者公司企业，注册资本为100万迪拉姆。
