“鬼屋”

灵异阿联酋的中级篇，我们来讲讲阿联酋最著名的 “鬼屋”，同样位于拉斯海马，在该地区几乎人尽皆知，也是阿联酋境内流传最广的都市传说。由于已经有不少华人在前几年去过那里，留下了一些中文资料，所以在三大灵异胜地中，”鬼屋”算是在迪拜华人圈中曝光率最高的一个。
Al Qasimi Palace，译为卡西米宫殿，虽然谈不上宫殿那么夸张，但也确实是一个规模宏大的别墅住宅，区别于附近的小型别墅和民宅，卡西米宫殿坐落于拉斯海马市内一片高地，视野极佳，面积惊人，内部也是极致奢华，是名副其实的豪宅。
而宅子名字中的Al Qasimi，正是阿联酋建国的六大统治家族之一，早期拉斯海马和沙迦地区的统治者家族，现在拉斯海马酋长家族便是Al Qasimi。卡西米宫几乎可以判定是皇权下的产物，它在20多年前落成，传闻耗资500万迪拉姆，这在当时可不是一个小数目。
可正是这个有着皇室背景，无论规模、位置、装修都远优于普通民居的豪宅，却传闻在主人搬进去的第一天就发生了灵异事件，宅子里的家具被离奇地打乱，似乎有一股神秘的力量在驱使他们离开。
很快，卡西米宫还未真正开始就被彻底遗弃，逐渐成为人们口口相传的”鬼屋”，在片区里最高的高地，以最庞大的身躯，孤零零地存在了20余年，如一个鬼魅之王，谱写着都市传说中的镇魂曲。传说在深夜中，这里会出现离奇的哀嚎和声响，有时还能看见一个小孩的脸，在漆黑的窗后静静地注视……
从迪拜驱车一个小时抵达。在远处就能看见这座位于高地的巨大建筑，确实如宫殿一般，却孤独地矗立在高处，在附近空旷的环境下显得如此突兀，散发出一股不祥的气息。
四下无人，门被锁起，拨打了门上的电话，才有一位面孔阴郁的看门人走出来，我们被告知这里不允许任何人出入，在磨了许久嘴皮子和一些利诱后，我们才被通融允许进入。在看门人的引导下，通过建筑侧面的地下室，我们终于得以对这个传说中的”鬼屋”一探究竟。
一进入我们就在地下一层的墙上发现一组巨大的，红色的，极富恐吓含义的文字。不知道是谁的恶作剧，但倒是很匹配”鬼屋”的氛围。只是渲染的手法过于廉价，一看便是有人刻意为止。
这毫无疑问是一个豪宅，装修的细致程度就连天花板也顾及到，无处不在的彩色壁砖，各种浮雕刻花，还有在墙上随处可见的壁画，虽然其品味不敢苟同，但也绝非是一般人家能动用的起的浮夸装饰。
即使在白天，整个屋子也透析着一种阴郁奇怪的氛围，按中国人的说法 — 风水不好。辅以都市传说给与人的心理暗示，一些不舒服的情绪油然而生。比如中国人讲究空间的四方板正，但这个宅子大厅的主要空间是一个奇怪的六边形，几乎每一边都有一个门，而在本就有着复杂伊斯兰图案的墙体上，还镶嵌着各种更加复杂的艺术图案，使得整个空间感诡异错乱。更难受的是，这里的大多数房间结构也均是多边形，就连楼梯也是，令这种错乱感加剧，使这幢宅子宛若一个鬼魅迷宫。
无时不刻不在看着你的壁画
在一些房间，我们发现了许多关于鸟和鹰的浮雕，但所有鸟头均已经被砸掉。不清楚是刻意为止还是自然损坏，意义不明，只是这些被斩首的浮雕作品至今依然矗立，剩下了一具具没有灵魂的尸体。
二楼的大厅中央突现一个诡异的巨大的金字塔模型，更诡异的是金字塔的塔尖正上方，居然开了一个大约一平米的正方形小洞，与三楼打通，而塔尖所对应的三楼区域，则是一个绘制着十二星座浮雕的苍顶。这种充满神秘学色彩的设计我前所未见，仿佛一个占卜师刻意留在此处的魔力开关。
但在我的过度解读后，才发现这不过是建筑师的小心思罢了，我发现这个金字塔实则为一层大厅天花板的突起处，正方形的小洞是用来引入三楼的自然光，这种设计即可照亮二楼的金字塔，也能够照亮了一楼的天花板，一举多得。只是可能连建筑师也没想到，他的这种独特口味已经无人欣赏。
“鬼屋”再大，作为一个宅子，半小时就能探索完毕。白天的探访没有让我感受到些许灵异感，但拜设计师所赐，宅子内那不太愉悦的诡异气氛确实为这里的灵异元素添砖加瓦。我也能想象出，入夜后这个宅子的阴森氛围，然而我并不想再来了。
我并不清楚这里是否真的发生过灵异事件，从而迫使卡西米家族遗弃，或许仅仅只是因为酋长不喜欢住而有钱任性罢了，天子的事儿，老百姓是八卦不明白的。
离开的时候，我们问看门人关于这里是否存在着灵异现象，但在这里已经工作四年的他似乎并没有看到或听到什么，只是说二十多年来，这个宅子就从来没有住过人。他指了指远方高地的一片绿色林子说：现在的酋长住在那边。而围绕着这间”鬼屋”的都市传说，恐怕再也没有人能验证了……
