据当地媒体报道，上周日清晨，黎巴嫩北部阿卡地区一油罐发生爆炸，事故造成至少28人死亡，79人受伤。
据悉，军方在阿卡地区Al-Tleil村没收了一个被黑商隐藏的油罐，并分发给当地居民。事故发生的原因是有人朝油罐开枪，爆炸发生时，附近约有200人 ，伤亡人数包括军方人员。
卫生部长哈马德.哈桑说，最严重的烧伤病例可能需要在国外快速治疗才能挽救生命，有些烧伤病例已超出了黎巴嫩医院的处理能力。
阿卜杜勒-拉赫曼（Abdel-Rahman）目前在的黎波里的 Al-Salam 医院里进行救治，其脸上和身上都裹着纱布，他是排队领取汽油的人之一。
“有数百人聚集在那里，就在坦克旁边，只有上帝知道他们发生了什么。”他说。医院里另一名伤者的父亲说，他的两个儿子仍未找到。
爆炸发生后，黎巴嫩红十字会人员立刻赶往现场进行搜救工作，一些伤者被送往的黎波里附近的医院，伤势严重者则被送往贝鲁特。
阿卡医院的一名员工 Yassine 向媒体称，他们医院至少接收了七具尸体和数十名烧伤受害者，尸体被烧焦了，我们无法辨认，有的伤者面部被烧毁，有的没了胳膊。
她还称，医院无法接收严重烧伤人员，因为他们医院没有能力救治这些伤者。附近另一家医院的一名仅透露名为穆罕默德的员工说，已有 30 多名伤员在他们医院接受救治。
目前，因医疗资源及能力有限，依旧有伤者未能接受治疗，不敢想象此时此刻受伤者及家属的心情，崩溃、无奈、气愤、绝望！一波未平， 一波又起！黎巴嫩境况何时才会好转，未知。
这是上周发生的悲剧，悲剧发生的原因从表面上看是一人开枪导致，但从另一个层次看，是黎巴嫩遭遇经济危机引发各种问题造成。根本问题倘若无法解决，那么接踵而来的问题将越演愈烈。

燃料分销商代表表示，几艘柴油游轮已停靠在黎巴嫩海域，目前在等解决补贴问题，很多发电机商家因无柴油，给居民供电时间大大缩小。以前我们这片区域，发电机一般不会停，但目前白天几乎不供电，供电时间从晚上七点到凌晨两点。因汽油紧缺，黎巴嫩大巴公司也宣布将停止营业。
供电不足严重影响了人们的工作与日常，不仅如此，还威胁着人们的生命。黎巴嫩著名医院贝鲁特美国大学医疗中心称，本周如果无法解决电力和柴油问题，医院里上百位病人的生命将受到严重威胁。
有人问，在黎巴嫩生活还有未来可言吗？有人回答，在黎巴嫩，目前咱不谈未来，只希望睁开眼，有电；出门，汽车有油；打开手机，有网，；购物，物价不飞涨！足矣！说归说，谁不希望黎巴嫩尽快恢复正常，未来可期，每个人都希望。
