7月20日～21日，民航局分别向国航CA942 航班（迪拜至北京）、乌兹别克斯坦航空公司HY501航班（塔什干至西安）发出立即熔断指令，向国航CA910 航班（莫斯科至南京）、国航CA906 航班（仰光至郑州）、东航MU2032航班（仰光至昆明）、南航CZ6044 航班（内罗毕至长沙）发出熔断指令。

根据民航局通报，7月15日入境的国航CA942 航班（迪拜至北京）确诊新冠肺炎旅客5例，自7月20日起，立即暂停该航班运行2周。

民航局要求，上述熔断的航班量均不得用于其他航线。国航、东航、南航要在当地使领馆指导下，做好后续航班旅客安抚和机票退改等服务工作。乌兹别克斯坦航空公司要做好后续航班旅客安抚和机票退改等服务工作。（中国民航报 记者肖敏）
