去年的阿联酋国庆节前夕，阿布扎比政府向6000多公民发放了72亿迪拉姆的房屋、地块和抵押贷款，并免除了部分退休人员和已故公民家属的贷款。
阿联酋公民只占全国人口的一小部分，许多人都受到了疫情的影响，而且油价暴跌严重影响了该国经济。
