根据王毅国务委员兼外长访问阿联酋期间与阿卜杜拉外长达成的重要共识，在中国驻阿联酋使领馆与阿外交部的共同推动下，中阿两国政府于5月下旬在迪拜设立中国公民“春苗行动”地区接种点，为已在阿持短期签证、无ID卡的16周岁以上中国公民提供中国国药新冠疫苗接种服务。截至目前，近3000名持短期签证的在阿同胞成功接种疫苗，有效维护了广大侨胞生命健康安全，成为中阿两国抗疫合作的有力体现和中阿深厚友谊的又一力证。

为顺利推进下阶段“春苗行动”，针对前期报名接种疫苗过程中出现的常见问题，现就有关事项提醒注意如下：

一、认真填写《报名表》。请认真填写《阿联酋境内持短期签证中国公民接种疫苗报名表》（点此扫描文中二维码查看），确保手机号码等个人信息以及英文姓名等格式准确无误，避免多人共用同一号码，迪拜卫生局系统无法识别，导致预约失败。

二、注意查看手机短信。准确、完备填写《接种疫苗报名表》后，迪拜卫生局将分批安排接种疫苗，通常于一个月左右时间发送一条英文短信至填报人预留手机号，包括疫苗接种时间和地点等重要信息。务请注意查看手机短信，避免因疏忽遗漏导致无法接种疫苗。

三、准时前往接种疫苗。疫苗资源宝贵，接种机会来之不易，务请大家珍惜。收到迪拜卫生局预约短信通知后，请及时调整日程安排，按要求准时前往指定医疗机构，避免因错过预约时间导致无法接种疫苗，增加个人染疫风险，干扰“春苗行动”整体推进。
在此，中国驻阿联酋使领馆再次提醒广大在阿同胞，无论是否已接种疫苗，仍需全力做好个人防疫措施，保护自身健康安全，同时做到“非必要、非紧急、不旅行”。
