相关更新和具体安排如下：

一、首次双检测

自6月27日起，删除Mediclinic City Hospital，增加Mediclinic Deira作为首次双检测指定机构（Mediclinic City Hospital 6月27日前出具的检测报告，中国驻迪拜总领事馆仍予接受）。

自6月27日起，请中国驻迪拜总领事馆领区赴华乘客于飞机起飞前14天赴下列检测机构中任意一家进行双检测。

二、第二次双检测

即日起，中国驻迪拜总领事馆领区赴华乘客须于飞机起飞前48至24小时内赴以下检测机构进行双检测。

【例如，搭乘阿联酋航空EK362航班，于7月3日凌晨2:05从迪拜飞往广州的乘客，请于7月1日2:05-2日2:05，在机构营业时间前往检测。】

注：进行第二次双检测采样时，请配合工作人员拍摄手持护照和登记表的照片，并在申请健康码时上传至“检测报告”一栏。如未上传该照片，不予审发健康码。

三、其他注意事项

  1. 访问中国驻阿联酋大使馆官网或微信公众号可了解自阿布扎比酋长国出发的双检测相关规定。
  2. 中国驻迪拜总领事馆指定检测机构名单将根据检测报告准确率动态调整，请密切关注。
