任何不遵守该制度的企业将会被罚款，每名员工罚5000迪拉姆，如果雇用了多名工人，最高罚款可达5万迪拉姆。

居民可以通过免费电话 80060 举报任何违规行为，该电话将以四种语言全天候提供服务。

加班及其他规则：

>> 工人每天的工作分为早晚两个班次，每个班次不得超过八小时。

>> 如果工人在24小时内的工作时长超过了8小时，则必须支付加班费。

>> 雇主必须每天将工人的工作时间安排放在显眼位置，除阿拉伯语外，时间表必须以工人能理解的语言进行编写。

>> 雇主必须给工人提供适当的保护装置。

>> 工人必须遵守安全指示。
