阿根廷以美酒和肉类闻名于世，是食肉者的天堂。除此之外，饮食文化也受到西班牙和意大利的影响，引入了两国一些传统菜式并加以变化，演变成阿根廷独有的新派菜式，并在南美各国间发扬光大。

在我们搜罗迪拜的世界美食中，发现了一家宝藏传统阿根廷餐厅 – Argentina Grill，不但店内环境舒适，身处于Lamer海滩的地理位置更是不用说了。


Argentina Grill
来自南美的火花

Argentina Grill在迪拜有两家分店，一家位于坐拥哈利法塔景的Lamer海滩，还有一家位于能看到亚特兰蒂斯的The Pointe商业街。

整个店面被绿植包围着，搭配着蓝绿色和棕木色的轻工风格，在炎热的夏季一下让人放松下来。

同时也很注意细节的摆放着各种阿根廷元素，比如说这件太阳神的挂件，店家说是阿根廷第一枚硬币的图案。


前菜

阿根廷肉片拼盘
Argentina Menos

黄油烤过的法棍，面包外焦内酥，烟熏过的阿根廷生肉肠切片，是细腻肉质的原汁原味口感，富有嚼劲却丝毫不粘牙。

章鱼刺身切片
Carpaccio de Pulpo

难以想象黄色的汤汁是由橙汁和生姜调制而成，章鱼切片上端配了一些油炸过的红薯条。看似毫无关系的几样搭配在一起，碰撞出难以描述的火花。清甜中带着一丝微辣，Q弹中有混合着脆口。这道菜应该是强烈推荐之一了。

牛油果莎莎酱配玉米片
Guacamole

这是一道很传统的墨西哥前菜，将牛油果用石锤碾磨成泥，加入番茄丁、洋葱丁、少许芫茜末，挤入半个青柠汁、少许盐混合，尝起来是辛辣中带点果蔬的爽口，配上玉米片的干脆，清新又开胃。


主菜

阿根廷式铂金牛肉烤肉
Platino Ojo de Bife

最令阿根廷人引以为傲的烹饪方式就是烧烤—Asado！在炭炉上，调校好合适的火力，把牛肉、羊肉、肉肠等肉类放上烤熟。香喷喷的烤肉味，令人垂涎欲滴，即使烤肉的外层被烤至干脆，接近全熟，內里的肉质仍能保持鮮嫩多汁。

烤肉配有一些的酱汁可供选择，烧烤酱，甜面酱，番茄酱，而店里特制的綠色Chimichurri酱，是最让人惊艳的。是种由牛至、洋芫茜、蒜蓉和橄榄油调配而成的调味料，既醒神又解腻，跟烤肉是绝佳的搭配。 

需要限时预定的铂金牛肉烤肉包裹一层铂金在外面烤制，选用的是肋眼肉，肉细筋少，香而不柴。

阿根廷式牛仔骨烤肉
Gaucho

牛仔骨的特点是肉质鲜嫩，不会因烹煮而变得干硬，即使烤至全熟也不会影响口感。这款牛肉已经提前腌制过21天，五分熟是最佳口感，能将汁水保留的更加彻底。外加阿根廷本身独到的烤肉技法，肥瘦的完美结合，整个肉鲜而嫩，香甜多汁。

阿根廷式烤虎虾
Camarones

烤过却不会丧失任何该保留的水分，反而使虎虾肉质更加的紧实。

阿根廷式烤鱿鱼
Calamares a la Plancha

这道菜也是强烈推荐，章鱼腿肉质的优势被发挥的淋漓精致，好似活过来，在口齿间弹跳。


甜点

西班牙小油条
Сhurros

西班牙油条的起源尚不清楚。一种理论认为，这一概念是由葡萄牙人从中国带到欧洲的。另一个理论认为，西班牙油条是西班牙牧羊人为了代替新鲜的烘焙食品而制作的。但无论是哪一种，都和我们的豆浆配油条吃法不一样。

炸过之后的面团外头裹了一层肉桂糖粉，再是沾浓稠的巧克力酱，一口咬下去外酥内软，里面还冒着热气，多巴胺暴升的快感，回味无穷。

苹果派
Pie de Manzana

可喜的是这家甜点甜度合适，苹果派外层是烤制酥脆的塔皮，吃起来口感像港式蛋挞皮，下面的苹果是整大颗的平铺，烤过的苹果散去了酸涩的，只留下果味的沁甜。

柚子鸡尾酒
Nacho Cocktail

可爱的小瓶子看起来有点像文革时期的钢杯，在冰未化之前酒味略浓，冰化完，尝起来是淡淡的柚子清新而苦涩的口感，入口也会比较丝滑，特别是晚上的二楼秒变小酒吧， 是一个闲暇时刻约上小伙伴共度良宵的好地方。
