迪拜虽然有不少泰国餐厅，但大多散布在新区，迪拜老城区德拉（Deira）的泰餐反而比较少见。而小编近期就发现了一家德拉很不错的泰国小店 —— Bangkok Town restaurant（曼谷镇），这就带你打卡一下。

Bangkok Town坐落在德拉Al Doha街，属于一家低调不起眼的小店。店里虽然不是很大，但充满浓郁的异域风情，装修很是还原泰式风格，柔和的灯光，安静的音乐，可以让人瞬间放松下来。店里还设有贴心的包厢，适合亚洲人的就餐习惯。

泰国菜的用料主要是海鲜、水果、蔬菜，以柠檬的酸与朝天椒的辣两种味道为主。再加上必不可少的香茅、柠檬叶等香料，也能感受到泰式的独特口味，接下来，奉上小编的吃货清单。


虾片
– PRAWN CRACKERS –

虾片炸的火候刚好金黄，香脆虾片怎么吃都不腻，薄脆的虾片配上店里的特制酱料，好吃到舔手指。作为开胃小食，这道必点。


 青木瓜沙拉 
– PAPAYA SALAD –

泰国人的餐桌上都少不了这一道青木瓜沙拉。那酸辣爽口的青木瓜滋味，让吃过它的每个人惦念于心，这道青木瓜沙拉脆生生的，比一般吃的更爽口。甜味、酸味、辣味都如此的强烈，却又保持着一种微妙的平衡，绝对是一道必点的开胃小菜。


泰式冬阴功汤

这扑面而来的酸辣味与鲜香，馋了。酸辣的海鲜冬阴功汤，看着就流口水,分量超足的新鲜虾肉就快溢出屏幕啦, 一整锅冬阴功汤，用料实在，香味迷人。浓郁的汤汁混合着香茅与柠檬的香料味，酸酸辣辣，汤里还有金针菇、鱿鱼圈等，每捞起一勺，装上一碗就是满满的惊喜。 


青柠檬鲈鱼 
– STEAMED FISH–

细嫩的海鲈鱼，配上独家调味，加上几片青柠，既用于装饰，又可以去腥提鲜，口感更上一层楼，喜欢泰式的酸辣味道，一定不能错过这道泰式青柠蒸鱼，鱼选取的是新鲜鲈鱼，肉嫩刺少。鱼肉完美吸收了青柠的香气，酸酸辣辣的味道一口就能将味蕾打开，再加上泰式香料的加持，独特的滋味让人着迷。


泰式炒粉
– MIX SEAFOOD WITH VERMECELLI –

泰式街头最有名的国名小吃莫过于泰式炒粉了，泰式炒粉使用米粉，并加入鸡蛋，豆芽菜，韭菜等翻炒而成，酸爽开胃而且甜辣适口，果然越简单的食材，越是好吃。


泰式炒空心菜
– FRIED THAI SPINACH –

这道地道的家常菜，建议你一定要试一试，做法真的很中式，味道咸香浓郁，非常下饭。


芒果糯米
– MANGO STICKY RICE –

小编吃到第一口的时候，就被这甜甜糯糯的口感打动了，香甜的配上撒上了椰汁的糯米饭，香气馥郁，甜嫩软糯，芒果一口一口根本停不下来，满满的幸福感。

总的来说，Bangkok Town restaurant属于正宗的泰式料理，也很符合华人的口味，菜品选择十分丰富，总有一道是你的最爱。店内的服务也周到，价格很合理，总之，这家餐厅确实值得特地来探店尝尝看。
