我馆于3月1日开通护照、旅行证“不见面”办证方式，为申请人节省了大量往返时间和费用，同时减少聚集感染风险，为进一步做好疫情常态化下的证件服务，保障申请人的健康安全，自6月20日起，我馆将全面实施“不见面”方式办理护照、旅行证，原则上不再接受到馆办理方式。

请居住在阿布扎比领区且符合条件的中国公民在“海外申请护照在线预约”网站预约“不见面办理”日期后，按要求将材料邮寄至我馆办理。具体做法详见我馆《关于增加“不见面”办理护照、旅行证服务的通知》（点击文末“阅读原文”）。

1. 问：邮寄申请材料时应包含哪些材料？

答：基本材料应包括完成预约后打印的《中华人民共和国护照/旅行证申请表》及相关附件、《邮寄办证申请书》、《签名采集表》、《不采集指纹知情同意书》、《国籍承诺书》，以及所持护照/旅行证原件、复印件，符合要求的证件照3张、缴费证明材料、回邮相关材料。

申请护照补发人员还需提供《护照、旅行证遗失或损毁情况说明书》。

未满16周岁人员申办相关业务还应提交监护人身份证明材料（如护照、旅行证）以及监护关系凭证（如出生证、载明亲子关系的户口簿、监护关系公证书等）。如有必要，我馆会电话通知提供额外材料。

2. 问：申请“不见面”方式办照有哪些要求？

答：符合旅行证件换/补发基本要求，且在阿布扎比酋长国居住（以邮寄地址为准）的中国公民，可向我馆申请“不见面”方式办照。

3. 问：使馆有哪些指定的快递机构？

答：使馆与任何快递机构均无合作关系，但在工作中了解到韵达、DHL等公司均能提供相关服务（韵达可提供中国籍员工服务），申请人可结合自身情况进行选择。

4. 问：缴费时应注意哪些情况？

答：缴费时请务必在备注中写明申请人信息，由于使用ATM机直接向使馆账户存款无法进行备注说明也无存款人信息，无法进行信息匹配，故不能作为缴费凭证，请申请人不要通过ATM机直接存款缴费。同时，缴费金额请严格按照标准执行，否则将造成退件。

5. 问：填写申请表时应注意哪些情况？

答：人员及证件基本信息不得涂改，姓和名的汉字及拼音应分别填写，如：张三，姓为“张”，拼音为“Zhang”，名为“三”，拼音为“San”，不要在前述任何位置填写“张三”或“Zhang San”等；所有的地址栏，请在填写时详细至门牌号；国内联系人应填写身在中国境内的人员，不要填写申请人本人信息；家庭成员信息中，去世人员也应填写姓名，住址处请填写去世；其他国籍及阿联酋签证信息请如实填写；需手工填写的部分请使用黑色水性笔填写，否则可能导致退件；请务必上传符合要求的照片。

6. 问：“不见面”方式的表格填写要求、照片规格与传统方式有何不同标准？

答：所有表格的填写要求、照片的规格要求均没有任何改变，详情请参见我馆网站《护照办理须知》、《旅行证办理须知》、《护照/旅行证照片要求》、《关于增加“不见面”办理护照、旅行证服务的通知》等内容。

7. 问：如有紧急情况怎么办？
