迪拜将取消酒店入住率上限，娱乐场所的最大顾客容量可增加至70％。

在所有参与者和工作人员均已接种疫苗的条件下，将允许举办音乐会，社区体育活动等大型活动。

允许餐厅一张桌子上坐的最大人数从以前的7人增加至10人，咖啡馆一张桌子上坐的最大人数从以前的4人增加至6人。

公共场所社交距离要求从3米降至2米。

在所有参加人员都接种疫苗的前提下，婚礼人数上限增至100人，此前，婚礼只允许10个人参加，而且所有人都必须是亲戚。

获许可的大型公共活动最大出席人数为室内活动1500人，室外活动2500人。
当地官员强调，放宽防疫措施将试行一个月，所有人在公共场所仍然必须戴口罩，违反者仍将被处以3000迪拉姆（约合5250元人民币）的罚款。
随着疫苗接种率的不断提高，最近阿联酋单日新增新冠肺炎病例有下降趋势，最近一周每日新增病例连续创下年内新低。
