>阿联酋新增27例病毒感染病例，总数达140例
阿联酋卫生和预防部（MOHP）周四（3月19日）宣布，阿联酋新增27例冠状病毒病例，另有31名病人已经完全康复。到目前为止，阿联酋确诊病例总数为140人。
卫生部说，阿联酋有一个严密的卫生系统来保护居民，并阻止冠状病毒的传播，该部还敦促居民当下尽量减少往来。
阿布扎比卫生部传染病部门（the Communicable Diseases at Abu Dhabi Department of Health）主任法里达·阿尔·霍萨尼博士（Farida Al-Hosani）在周四表示，必须避免疾病的传播，在阿联酋留学生抵达国内后，都将被强制隔离。
“为了防止病毒传播，所有回国人员都将实施家庭隔离。另外，阿联酋有足够的药品、医疗设备和日用品来抵御这次的疾病。”

阿联酋外交和国际合作部（MoFAIC）已经开通了一条24小时热线，帮助目前在国外的持阿联酋有效居留证的人。
此前，阿联酋宣布对目前不在本国的有效居住证持有人禁止入境两周，于3月19日（星期四）中午生效。此前第一个热线号码公布后，由于咨询量很大，MoFAIC又增加了第二个号码。
持有有效居留证且不在阿联酋的人士及其在阿联酋的家人可拨打热线
0097124965228或0097192083344，查询和寻求人道主义帮助，以确保顺利安全返回阿联酋。
MoFAIC表示，这也是阿联酋为遏制冠状病毒扩散而采取的一项措施。

>外籍人士对阿联酋的签证禁令感到担忧
阿联酋已经禁止了目前在国外的所有阿联酋居住签证（长签）持有人入境，为期两周，自3月19日周四中午起生效。而很多外籍人士家庭在此之前并未收到任何通知。
而在此之前，阿联酋也不再签发任何入境签证（外交护照持有人除外），以及暂停了落地签/免签政策。
阿布扎比的一名印度侨民说，他的父母都是阿联酋居民，现在都在孟买。“他们原定于3月30日回来，他们计划去孟买休息三个月。”
“现在，我想我的父母暂时无法回来了。我也不知道目前我和我在阿联酋这边的其他家人能不能返回印度。”
菲律宾侨民阿诺（Mano）居住在阿布扎比，在一家餐饮公司担任主管。他的妻子和孩子目前在马尼拉（Manila）。他说，今天早上看到相关新闻后，就一直在哭泣。
“我的妻子两周前获得了居留证，我真的很期待第一次见到我的儿子。现在，他们不能来阿联酋了，我从没想到情况会变成这样。”马诺说。
“我的妻子去年怀孕时回到了马尼拉。我已经独自生活了一年多。所以，你可以想像这个消息对我的家人来说是多么震惊。她在电话里哭泣，我只能告诉她让自己冷静下来，事情会有所好转的。”
迪拜的律师Sajid Aboobacker说，他的妻子和两个女儿被困在印度喀拉拉邦，“他们原定于4月3日回来。现在，我们不知道该怎么办。因为要参加考试，只有我的大女儿现在和我在一起。现在我们的家庭两个国家都陷入了困境。”
沙迦的一位印度母亲比尼·萨罗伊（Bini Saroj）表示，由于新的规则变更，她在英国读硕士的儿子也无法回来了。
“他的大学关闭了，他本应该明天飞往阿联酋，他甚至订了票。他看到了这个消息，打电话和我们说他就只能继续待在英国。 ”

根据近期阿联酋新冠肺炎发展情况，并参考阿方有关防疫措施，中国驻阿联酋使馆将自2020年3月22日（周日）起临时调整领事大厅对外办公时间为每周日、周三上午9:00至14:00，其他时间不对外办公。
除人道主义紧急事由外，停止办理加急、特急证件。
已完成预约的人员，可在原预约时间后第一个领事大厅工作日前往办理相关业务，恢复正常办公时间另行通知。
使馆领事证件咨询电话：02—4434276，咨询邮箱：chinaemb.ae@gmail.com，都保持正常开通，咨询时间为每周日至周四上午9:00至12:00。

> 阿联酋银行推迟贷款还款并免除利息，以减新冠病毒的影响
阿布扎比商业银行宣布，由于持续受到冠状病毒大流行影响，客户可延期偿还贷款，并免息6个月。
据阿布扎比商业银行称，该决定将于4月2日生效，将为ADCB和Al Hilal银行的120万零售客户提供支持，此外还将为50000家使用ADCB的中小企业提供支持。
该行表示，针对ADCB客户的纾困措施将受到“适当程度的审查”。该银行表示，对于因病毒而被休无薪假的个人，以及有个人和汽车贷款或抵押贷款的客户，将允许延期付款，并免收至多3个月的利息费用，不会产生额外的费用。
ADCB宣布的其他缓解措施包括：首次购房者的贷款与价值比率提高5%，退还外币信用卡的手续费，以及将信用卡的滞纳金降低50%。
ADCB是阿联酋迄今为止唯一宣布类似救助措施的银行。
此前，阿联酋央行推出了270亿美元的一揽子计划，以支持其银行，减轻Covid-19的经济影响。
由于病毒爆发，阿联酋其他银行被迫调整业务。例如，阿布扎比银行已经暂停了其在阿联酋各地分行的一些银行服务（包括现金存款）作为预防措施，以应对目前的冠状病毒大流行。
该银行网站上的一份声明称：“现金存款只能通过ATM机进行，在另行通知之前不允许使用硬币。支票存款将通过智能现金存款机和支票投递箱进行。我们恳请您尽可能减少对分行的访问，并使用其他银行渠道。”
