2020年2月5日北京时间16:00起，阿联酋政府继续允许阿国内往返北京首都国际机场的航班执飞，往返中国其他城市的航班暂停，以防控新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情。为此，南航自2月5日起迪拜至中国的航班将全部取消，恢复时间待定。

航班详情

受此调整影响的已购票旅客且旅行时间在2020年2月2日（含）至2020年6月10日（含）之间，可免除退票手续费申请退票或改期， 变更日期需在原旅行日期前后14天（含）内及6月10日（含）前，如14天内无可变更航班或者无可定座位，需按非自愿退票处理。如有新政策，将另行通知。


退改签机票的处理方式：

1. 联系原出票地办理：非南航官网、APP、小程序、95539和南航营业网点出票的旅客，请联系原出票地办理机票退改。

2. 尝试自主退票：南航官网、APP、小程序、95539购买的机票，可以通过南航小程序、APP和官网自主提交退票，提交申请后无需另行取消预订座位。

3. 联系南航人工客服办理退改：致电南航24小时客户服务热线(境内95539，境外+86-4008695539)。或点击南航APP“我”的页面左上角的“机器人”小按钮，输入“人工”办理自主退票。

4. 关注航班动态：为第一时间获得航班变更信息，建议注册南航会员并下载南方航空App进行客票关联，即可最快获得航班变更信息推送，以便及时做出行程变更决定。非注册会员下载App后，可把已确定行程的航班在“航班动态”中加入到“关注”列表。

除此之外，建议朋友们关注南航迪拜公众号，因为航班变更的各种通知会同步更新到公众号上面，大家可以及时了解航班新政策，有备无患。
