不仅是当地居民，甚至还有大量来自印度和非洲的游客在迪拜旅游期间也会购买苹果产品，因为这些设备在阿联酋的价格低于大多数市场。

9月10日，苹果公司推出了三款新款手机：iPhone 11、iPhone Pro和Pro Max。

仔细比较苹果新推出的设备的价格，你会发现，苹果的新产品在阿联酋的价格要低于印度、中国、英国和法国，但高于美国和日本。

当苹果在其网站上对每个国家的价格进行比较时，发现iPhone Pro和iPhone 11在印度的价格比阿联酋分别高出23%和14%。但如果从英国购买iPhone Pro和iPhone 11，阿联酋居民将不得不为iPhone Pro和iPhone 11分别多支付14%和13%的费用。

英国特许住宅税务咨询公司（Chartered House Tax Consultancy）执行合伙人Anurag Chaturvedi表示，印度和英国较高的税率肯定是这些国家价格上涨的因素之一。

和所有在全球范围内的大公司一样，苹果也有自己的定价政策，不同的市场有不同的定价政策，影响iPhone价格的另一个因素是汇率波动。

但在美国和日本，购买iPhone Pro比在阿联酋分别便宜13%和13.5%。

在谈到美国和日本价格降低的原因时，他认为物流是其中一个因素。

根据《华尔街日报》的报告，iPhone在印度非常昂贵是因为苹果无法在印度当地生产手机，也不能有自己的品牌店。迫使他们与印度零售机构合作，导致在到达用户手里前有4到5个中间商。每个中间商都拿走了一部分利润，这意味着苹果不得不提高价格。此外除了关税、各种税收、货币贬值，物流是iPhone在美国和日本更便宜的原因。

Anurag Chaturvedi还说，苹果一开始就没把iPhone作为一款低端手机进行营销，并所以为了保持这种形象，他们的产品定价很高。
