(6) 出国留学，会付学费，外加巨额助学金，连父母妻儿陪读的生活费也归；
　　
(7) 任何公司必须聘请一定人数的本地人，所有工种最低工资二万港币（年纪轻轻的人退休的大有人在，然后去外国人公司里打工，挣两份工资）【沫点评：任何公司？不可能吧，这里应该有误解~~】；
　　
(8) 任何公司必须有一半股权归本地人（不太准确。应该是必须具有担保人，每年向担保人支付一定的费用，从两万人民币到三四万都有）；
　　
(9) 医疗免费，只需交个象徵式挂号费（挂号费十二元人民币，如若医生建议需要在海外做手术，政府完全付费甚至包括陪同人员的酒店住宿，每人每天四百人民币的补助）；
　　
(10) 水费按户收不打表，每月固定收象徵式50迪拉姆（约百元港币）；
　　
(11) 电费象徵式收每度半分钱迪拉姆（少於一毛钱港币, 国内至少一元）；
　　
(12) 阿联酋本国人口七十万，每年用约二十亿港币帮助困难家庭。

补充：

如果当地人与寡妇结婚，政府给予的福利更多；

工资不高的年轻人，结婚时可以向政府打报告，要求帮助，通常情况下，可以拿到十五万人民币的费用用于婚宴；

外国人嫁给本地人，据说需十五年以后才可以更换护照。
