今天整个迪拜朋友圈都在为中国驾照能不能换成阿联酋驾照这件事吵得不可开交.部分人说可以,还有图有真相,而另一部分人就是在不停吃闭门羹…

从早上10点就在外为这件事挖料挖到现在的小编,为大家带来个肯定的答案:
部分RTA可以!!! 部分RTA可以!!! 部分RTA可以!!!
截稿为止,小编亲身去确认过可以办理的RTA有两处 (因为直接搜RTA的话出来结果太多,请注意下文中提到的搜索关键字)
另外政府部门一般比较敏感所以没有拍照.

1) 在Al Qusais的RTA (谷歌地图搜Licensing Office and Plate Factory – Dubai)
工作时间:周日到周四 早上7:30到下午2:30

全迪拜第一个成功从中国驾照换成的阿联酋驾照就是在这个RTA诞生的,由新一代商务法律服务中心的吴先生带着其客户任我行国际旅行社老板夫妇前往换取.小编也成功联系到吴先生.他表示今天一早来到RTA,职员刚开始时说不能换取,但后来职员打电话确认后就收取了他客人的资料,然后就办理成功了.今天在朋友圈狂转的那个驾照照片就是他拍的.

2) 在Noor Bank地铁站2号出口的RTA (谷歌地图搜Al Manara Centre)
工作时间:周日到周四 早上8:00到下午7:30

小编今天也去了两次靠近Noor bank地铁站的这个RTA办事处,早上9点到11点一直待着这边收到的信息都是不能换.下午4点半时再去一次,被告知已经可以换取了.职员也是一副”早上不行现在就可以我也不知道为什么”的感觉.流程是在进门的前台information处,告知柜台人员要在RTA办理中国驾照转换(Chines driving license conversion in RTA)然后拿号,到21-23号柜台等待即可.

公司不反对函 (NOC)
NOC分几种情况
1) 签证是非自由区的,只需要所在公司出示NOC即可.
假如公司没有出示过类似文件,可以到就近的typing center索取一份模板,费用大概10迪拉姆左右.
2) 签证是自由区(free zone)的话,需要自由区出示的文件
不同自由区的情况不一样,签证在Jebel Ali自由区的需要到Jafza网上申请Driving license letter,费用300迪拉姆;签证在龙城所属公司是Trakhees的话需要找trakhees申请.
3) 家属签证的话则需要sponsor出示的NOC即可.

吴先生表示他客户办理时可以选择用照片或是在RTA现场进行人像采集,现场人像采集费用150迪拉姆.但同时也请带上照片有备无患.
视力检测单
在Noor bank地铁站旁的RTA办事处是有做视力测试的店,叫Salik Optical,费用150迪拉姆.
而Deira那边的RTA办事处里并不能进行视力测试,需要自行到外面的眼镜店做.一般需要跟店员咨询他们店里是否能做驾照的视力测试,可以的话要开具视力检测单.

费用总结
基本费用: 驾照换取费(420) + 驾照翻译费(200) + 视力检测(150) = 770迪拉姆
如果是自由区NOC或使用现场人像采集请参考上文自行增加费用.

今天在外奔跑了一天,小编也只是说出了自己亲身经历的部分.跑了几个不同地方的RTA都说不能办理,又跑了两趟noor bank的RTA获得不同的结果,甚至下午致电RTA时两次得到答复也不相同,如果不是亲身经历恐怕我也很难相信.而吴先生作为见证第一个换取成功的人,原本只是好心想分享自己的经验却被说成散布谣言,一些流言蜚语也对他造成了不少困扰.在信息万变的时代,消息流通的速度之快已经超乎想象,只求问心无愧.
从目前看来,应该会越来越多的RTA办事处会开放办理驾照转换功能,望各位也能顺利换取.
