知道Texas Roadhouse已经很久，起初是来自微博博友的推荐，之后又兢兢业业为其宣传，再然后猫猫写了《西部牛仔风（Texas Roadhouse）》在网站发表后，更让这家餐厅在华人圈变得有名，然后又很久很久，我才真正品尝到这家的牛排料理。虽然猫猫已经很好地描述了这家餐厅，但我觉得我还是有必要以站长的方式再描述一遍这家在迪拜火得不得了的牛排馆。

Texas Roadhouse是一家国际连锁，迪拜店位于DUBAI MALL LG层，木质结构的门面，墙上装饰的鹿脑袋，还有充满节奏的乡村音乐，都营造出一股属于美国西部的“老土”的味道，正是这种“老土”，让我在走进餐厅的一刻，就感到了浓浓的西部牛仔式的热情。要知道在19世纪后期，德克萨斯是美国养牛最多的州，也是最具有牛仔文化代表性的一个州，Texas Roadhouse也延续了这样一种牛仔文化。

前台工作人员会询问客人人数，然后指派一个服务生领着客人入座。我们是晚上将近10点才抵达餐厅，但生意依然火爆，而在大部分时刻，客人往往还要等上一阵子才有位置。客人可以选择室内或室外的座位，室内便是在这样一个弥漫西部气息的餐厅就餐，而室外，客人或许可以有幸看到音乐喷泉起舞。服务生友好地领着我们穿过餐厅去往户外的位置，餐厅的厨房为敞开式，客人能直接观看厨师如何烹饪牛排，而正对大门的，便是一块块新鲜的生牛排，光看着就能勾起肉食爱好者的无限遐想，餐厅里聚集着一摞摞的肉食爱好者，大多为男性，每个服务生都穿着I LOVE MY JOB的工作T恤，至于他们是否真的LOVE THEIR JOB，谁知道呢……

Texas Roadhouse很让人舒服的地方是，客人一入座，就能直接先品尝到餐厅独家且可无限量供应的牛油面包和花生，对于那些早已饥肠辘辘的食客，真是一大福音。Texas Roadhouse的牛油面包既喷香又松软，朋友们对面包的好评甚至超过了牛排本身，不仅可以无限供应，临走时客人若是喜欢，甚至可以让工作人员给你打包几份面包带走，贴心得让人不敢相信。而桌上一大桶带着“土”味的带壳花生，没有经过任何人工加工，甚至还能看到附着于上的泥土，乡村般的“老土”花生却异常天然纯正。

“老土”的花生，剥壳花生在迪拜可是不容易吃到的。

好评如潮的牛油面包，喷喷香，还能免费打包带走几个。

Texas Roadhouse餐厅以手切牛排著名（Hand-Cut Steak），可牛排种类让人看花眼，又长得极为相似，站长本人难以选择，还是就朋友的经验，尝试了一份牛排和牛肋骨的MIX，至于那块牛排究竟是哪一种，我也不太清楚（可能是DALLAS FILET  ，猫猫之前推荐的是NEW YORK STRIP）。然后客人可以选择分量和熟度（5成熟最佳），每一份牛排可以选择两种配餐，配餐有多种选项，土豆，沙拉，蘑菇，豆子或米饭什么的。

这是一个单份牛排，其实刚刚好，配的是蘑菇

就在我们吃着面包和花生忘却时间的时候，牛排被端上了桌。一份套餐包含两大块牛排，好大的分量，足以饱腹，还好之前没有吃太多牛油面包，不然还真有可能吃不完。朋友也告诉我，若是一般胃口，点HALF足矣，或两人吃一份也绰绰有余。

用舒适的木把手切割刀切牛排，5成熟那层次分明的牛肉纹理，和放入口中鲜嫩和肉汁满溢的感觉，着实让一个肉食爱好者兴奋不已。牛肋骨的外形就已经足够吸引人，让人食指大动，但站长觉得牛肋骨味道偏甜，就像食东坡肉一样，也更容易产生腻的感觉，大快朵颐几口后，胃就有点受不了了。

一个套餐两块牛排的分量已经很大，再加上配餐土豆泥和沙拉，很容易吃到撑，若是不明情况前期又吃了很多面包和花生的，估计只能忘肉心叹了，若是大胃王，自然可以忽略。

Texas Roadhouse的饮品也非常不错，其中软饮、热茶和咖啡是可以无限续杯的，而最受站长喜爱的，是玛格丽特饮品（Margarita），之前介绍CHILIS餐厅的时候也提到过，在禁酒的迪拜，玛格丽特成了果汁软饮，伴随着薄薄的沙冰和鲜果，只是在Texas Roadhouse，本因在杯壁撒盐的习俗被换成了糖。

消费上，人均80-100迪拉姆已经能让人吃得很饱，硕大美味的牛排，还有面包饮料花生这等免费食物，站长觉得性价比还是非常不错的，若是小胃口的朋友还能更加节约。

在夜里一边吃着牛排，一边还能欣赏到DUBAI MALL的音乐喷泉，还有餐厅工作人员不间断地载歌载舞，洋溢着西部人的热情。作为迪拜最为火爆且性价比不错的牛排馆，迪拜的肉食爱好者怎么能错过呢。

  46. 去年经过DUBAIMALL的时候光看装修和里面的气氛就想去试试了！紧接着就看到猫猫的食评之后请教了猫猫，做足了功课在去年圣诞节去试了一下。菲力汁不是太多，T排汁多但是口感不是太好，有一个忘记名字 就是周圈及中间都有肥肉的，我要了个五成熟的，简直美味！尺寸最好要小号的，大号吃不了啊！总体比之前吃过的美式牛排（chilis/星期五）都强！价位也很合适，服务更是不错！强烈推荐！
