好的食材也离不开好的厨子

这家被我藏了3年，生怕被踏破门槛的宝藏馆子，是时候让你们去试试了（毕竟已经被踏破门槛了）。

宝藏馆子Maxzi，其门头副标题写了个“The Good Food Shop”，简单粗暴地表达着自己是一家良心好店。其实Maxzi最初是一个主打卖肉的食品类电商网站，餐厅属于线上转线下。

这家店据业内人士所述，是Rotana集团的行政总厨辞职下海创办的。由于大厨掌握着供应星级酒店的高端货源渠道，所以这里的食材基本和星级酒店的无异，再加上本身就是星级大厨的老板，可以在这家小饭店里吃到不输豪华酒店却又平价的料理。

Maxzi环境和氛围都是比较随心随性的，室内室外也都惬意自在，这里不仅是一家餐厅，也是一家肉铺，还是一个咖啡店。根据我3年来对Maxzi的打卡记录，没有哪次进去后是败兴而归的。

不过现在这家宝藏餐馆似乎被迪拜本地的Habibi们挖掘了，最近每晚去都是爆满的状态，而且全场清一色的黑白袍。

人多就多吧，往日宁静的岁月静好不再提了，那么我就谈一下最近的这次体验吧。上菜咯~


拉 面

Maxzi的主角其实是日式拉面，毕竟这个馆子最早就是靠“拉面之夜”火起来的。不过拉面只有两个口味——辣味增配牛肉叉烧和韩式辣白菜配炸鸡排（神奇的是牛肉的比鸡肉的还便宜，莫非是泡菜要背锅？）。

相信看到图片大家一定已经馋坏了。

不得不说Maxzi除了餐厅的身份，也不愧是一家高阶牛肉批发商，三大片如此垂涎欲滴的牛肉叉烧压根不可能在别的拉面馆里出现。而且这叉烧层次分明，油而不腻，近乎入口即化，不是优质牛肉根本达不到这个口感。Maxzi主打的就是澳洲和牛，且不含任何激素防腐剂。

拉面的汤个人也颇为满意，浓郁酱香，带着肉汁和味增唇齿留香。不过面条本身中规中矩，虽然不失韧性，但吃起来就是那种提前做好的半成品而不是鲜面。

韩式辣白菜配炸鸡排拉面只能说萝卜青菜各有所爱了，反正我个人觉得鸡排不够脆，辣白菜汤不够浓。


牛 排

要是一碗拉面吃不饱，别急别急，他们家还有好多不同级别的牛排，全都是超市卖场价，实在是太良心了。牛肉好到根本不需要过多的烹饪和装点，最原始的煎烤之后端上来的全是一盘盘油乎乎水嫩嫩的澳洲和牛，无需酱料，入口即化，吃的都是食物最原始的本味。另外这里还有牛肉汉堡卖，品质同样很高。

你要是觉得店里吃得还不过瘾，还能直接买生牛肉回家自己做，店里直接供应各种级别肉类，这些肉平时都是直供给迪拜五星级酒店餐厅享用的，在这里基本就是个成本价买回家。（空气炸锅了解一下，最近发现空气炸锅3分钟和牛好吃到欲罢不能。）


亚 洲 料 理

餐厅的菜单上还有不少亚洲融合菜品，基本每一样都不会踩雷，只是因为牛肉部分太过于精彩，亚洲菜品这里就放放图片好了。

为什么会有亚洲菜？主要基于主厨之前常年在新加坡工作生活，并且他自己就经营一家迪拜当地的超过15年历史的新加坡食品公司。其实Maxzi菜单上几乎所有菜品都可以买到半成品，直接在家也能做出来，网址奉上：www.maxzi.ae


饮 品

饮品基本都是各种健康快乐水，或不含酒精的cocktail，味道也都还不错。

不过他们的咖啡真的值得一试，从咖啡豆到咖啡粉也都是可以从他们电商平台上买到的，但是豆子的味道令人称赞。

总结来说，Maxzi餐厅+肉铺+咖啡店的配置使其极具多元性，还能配合电商的选购乐趣，不仅好吃还好逛，而且重点是价格也非常公道。你可以在这里吃吃和牛和拉面解馋，然后喝一杯咖啡消解工作的压力，顺便再买一点好肉回去烹饪……
