自今年2月以来，执飞自埃及开罗赴华航班的四川航空和埃及航空实行登机前闭环管理，所有乘客须于登机前三天统一入住航空公司在埃及当地指定的闭环管理酒店，期间接受两家检测机构的新冠肺炎病毒交叉双检测，检测结果符合条件者方可登机赴华，不符合条件者则根据具体情况就地隔离、治疗或继续观察并进行康复检测。

日前，有关中文媒体在未与使馆核实，不了解登机前闭环管理程序的情况下，对使馆发布的相关信息做了不符合事实的标题报道。实际情况是，6月13至19日两架赴华航班订票乘客484名，其中108名乘客经开罗检测机构检测出阳性指标，使馆已根据疫情防控法规政策做出了分类对待、予以妥善安置。其中确诊人员和轻症、无症状患者未获发使馆绿码，也未登机赴华，有力防范了疫情输入，相关航班已安全、顺利抵华。　　

登机前闭环管理是赴华航班起飞前检测、筛查乘客中潜在感染者的重要手段，入住闭环酒店人员全程在单独房间隔离观察、接受检测，凭隔离期间的检测结果确定是否登机。该举措对于排查赴华乘客自始发地赴埃及转机途中是否感染病毒，确保登机乘客的整体健康、防止赴华途中交叉感染十分必要。目前全球和地区疫情依然严峻，请广大人士继续根据“非必要、非紧急、不旅行”的原则谨慎安排国际旅行。请自埃及始发或中转赴华的乘客务必遵守航空公司规定，自觉参加闭环管理，主动配合完成核酸和血清抗体检测及赴华健康码申报等工作，避免旅途感染。
