阿联酋经济部宣布，修订的《商业公司法》允许外国投资者在阿联酋拥有100%的公司所有权，该法律将在今年6月1日生效。

最大的受益者是数字科技类企业，他们可以全资控股迪拜公司。

但该法律不适用于被内阁排除在外的某些公司以及由联邦或地方政府全资拥有的公司。

希望办理全资控股的外籍投资者，可以通过迪拜经济发展局的服务渠道或“投资迪拜”数字平台完成手续，目前已有59名外籍投资者办理全资控股业务。

迪拜允许100%外资控股的商业活动包括一般贸易、珠宝、黄金、珍珠、奢侈手表、食品和汽车贸易等行业；在工业类别中，包括金属、建筑材料、食品、水生产和油漆等行业，幼儿园、中小学和酒店也可以100%外资控股。
