根据Property Finder的最新数据，迪拜房地产市场在4月份创下了四年来的最高销售额记录，交易总额超过109.7亿迪拉姆。

销售数量环比增加4.2％，使年初至今的交易总量达到了16577笔，价值361.2亿迪拉姆。

在4月份的房产成交案例中，200万迪拉姆的房产占70％，200万到500万迪拉姆的房产占23％，500万到1000万迪拉姆的房产占4％，而1000万迪拉姆以上的房产占3％。

数据研究总监Lynnette Abad Sacchetto表示，四月份有六笔别墅的交易额超过5000万迪拉姆，其中一笔交易额价值1.05亿迪拉姆。

对于4月份成交的房产，60％二手物业或现成物业，40％是期房，期房市场成交了1934起，总价值为30.9亿迪拉姆，二手房市场成交了2898起，总价值为78.9亿迪拉姆。

与3月相比，期房交易数量增加了12.9％，为14个月以来的最高值，现成交易量首次下降了0.92％。

在别墅领域，Mohammed bin Rashid City的成交量占4月份交易总量的18.5％，其次是Dubailand（10.3％），Dubai Hills Estate（9.4％），Rukan（5％）和Town Square（4.9％）。

在公寓方面，4月份8.5％的交易量发生在Dubai Marina，其次是Jumeirah Village Circle（8.4％），Jumeirah Lake Towers（7.6％），DownTown Dubai（7.3％）和Business Bay （5.4％）。
