新加坡海南鸡饭

新加坡海南鸡饭是“最受欢迎的平民美食”,一点都不为过,东南亚最著名的华人料理之一。新加坡海南鸡饭佐料更多一点,海南鸡饭更注重鸡肉嫩滑程度。隐藏在Al Seef(迪拜河两岸历史悠久的地区)中,您会在Kim’s Singapore Seafood中发现地道的新加坡风味。

它的来源,和下南洋的历史有关。当年的海南人把家乡风味带到新加坡后,融入当地的香料,创造出了新的美食,新加坡海南鸡饭。在1965年马新两国分裂,马来西亚和新加坡政府都宣称发明了这道料理,在长达十年争论最后判给了新加坡。

好的鸡饭就是要做到饭粒不能太软也不能太干;鸡肉要香嫩,不能煮得过老;辣椒酱要够味,但不能过辣。鲜嫩多汁的白斩鸡搭配油光黄澄香鸡饭(米饭先用鸡油炒制,然后用鸡汤煮成的米饭),配生抽或者老抽和特制辣椒酱及姜蓉,做法简单却不失特色,真是人间美味,小编墙裂推荐 !

虽然这一家不在Deira地界,但离在Deira也非常近,从Deira做个船分分钟就到了。

菲律宾手抓饭

在各国美味佳肴云集的迪拜,想要满足不同国籍人的口味是很不容易的,可这却难不倒最爱玩最会吃的菲律宾朋友,这家火爆全城的德拉网红菲律宾手抓饭,Dampa它来了。在一座写字楼的背后,是大排档,装有很多有趣的彩灯,很有菲律宾同胞奔放热情的气氛。

桌上铺有白色吸油纸,海鲜,米饭,DUANG地甩到桌子板上 ,不仅没有餐具,连容器也没有。你懂得,最原始的靠手吃饭。

煎烤后,用大量的酱汁,将食材充分包裹在一起。这种神秘的酱汁带着浓郁的鲜甜口味,香气四溢,一闻到就食欲大增,海鲜也因此酱汁变得入味三分,米饭配合着酱汁手捏着吃。

确实美味且浓郁,偏重油重咸重甜,吃多容易感到腻,配合超便宜仅10迪一杯的的大罐子混合饮料,刚好中和。

也门手抓饭 


– ZAM ZAM MANDI

每次路过这家店都很多人在排队,一查发现是家阿联酋连锁餐厅,开了很多分店,去凑热闹看是个啥味。这个餐厅主要是卖mandi,它在阿拉伯半岛的大多数地区极为流行和盛行,甚至在许多地区都被视为主食。

我们总是叫它也门手抓饭,这种手抓饭的做法很特别。用阿拉伯的一种特殊的烤箱,通常是在地下挖出的一个坑,四周都覆盖有黏土的灶具做成。最底下 一层放的木炭,木炭上放上米饭,肉悬浮在米饭的上面,整个泥炉子密封八小时,通过木炭燃烧的温度轰熟米和肉。最后再在米中加入葡萄干,松子或花生。

曼迪(Mandi)被认为是在也门和沙特阿拉伯南部举行的特殊活动(例如开斋节,婚礼和盛宴)上提供的主要菜肴。

Shawarma中文音译“想我了吗”,迪拜最具特色的小吃之一,阿拉伯版的“肉夹馍”,国内的朋友应该不陌生。通过交替层叠,将调味过的肉置于烤肉叉(通常垂直摆放)上烧烤,食用时将需要的肉削下,用皮塔饼或者烤饼将烤肉和蔬菜包裹起来,再配上特制的酱汁,好吃不贵。Shawarma是中东最著名的街边小吃,在迪拜到处可见的“名吃”。

阿富汗烤肉


– Afghan Kabab House –

是阿拉伯语里烤肉的意思,是阿拉伯世界里非常著名的美食之一。可以用羊肉,牛肉和鸡肉制作,厨子首先把肉块捏成团,然后附着在铁签上去烤。
Kabab是中东烧烤的统称,它演变出很多新的烹饪方法,所以不同地方吃的味道应该是不一样的吧。

几乎在任何当地的餐厅,都提供这种食物, 去我说的那家阿富汗餐厅,你点Kabab,其实他给你上的是一种叫TIKKA的食物(羊肉TIKKA),因为中国人都吃这个,而且味道远远胜过传统的Kabab。

除了烤肉外,最好再点一份羊肉汤,比较咸,可以蘸饼吃,而且羊肉汤里也有很多羊肉!很划算。
