|土 耳 其 餐 厅|

– Babaji –

Babaji是一家地道的土耳其餐厅，也是迪拜为数不多的带有砖木烤箱（在土耳其通常用于Pide烤箱）的餐厅之一，这使所有Pide（土耳其披萨）都具有独特的风味。

在土耳其去麦当劳喝的不是可口可乐，是酸奶！酸奶可說是土耳其的国民饮品，不但口味酸甜清爽，更是去油解膩、帮助肠胃消化的健康饮品，在吃完一盘油膩的烤肉后一定要来一杯，才能吃更多啊！

Kofte 你知道吗？肉丸其实不是来自瑞典，而是在土耳其发源的！这更是经过瑞典政府亲自证实！肉丸料理在土耳其是个非常家常的料理，呈现的形式多变，有长的有扁的有圓的，烹煮的方式更是多元，煎烤燉炸样样來，其中最特別的「辣味生肉丸」，传说是以前的猎人因为家里无法用火，只好將肉磨成泥生吃。

喜欢烤肉，又不想吃的这么油膩，那就來点酸酸甜甜的清爽組合吧！將烤肉切成薄片，再淋上用蕃茄燉出來的浓稠肉醬，接著再加上奶油和一大坨清爽的優格，配着饭一起吃，除了常見的羊肉，也有牛肉跟鸡肉，想找点中下程度重口味的料理，这道最对味！

|那不列斯披萨|

– L’Antica Pizzeria da Michele –

那不勒斯披萨（Neapolitan Pizza /Pizza Napoletana)是用西红柿和马苏里拉芝士制作。

面团则必须用0号或者00号面粉（或者二者混用）、那不勒斯天然酵母或啤酒酵母、水和盐制成。意大利00小麦粉、鲜酵母、水和盐，它的面团配方中没有糖和油。水和盐的使用比例都比美式披萨面团要高一些。

为了做出正宗的面团，必须使用高筋面粉，用手或机器低速搅拌。面饼的制作过程只能用手，不能用擀面杖或者机器帮助，而且厚度不能超过3毫米。披萨必须在500摄氏度左右用橡木烘烤的石炉中烘烤45-90秒。饼底有专门的开皮手法，而且已经列入了世界非物质文化遗产名录当中。

烘烤出炉的披萨很有特色，内部薄薄的，边缘却高高隆起，饼边看起来很厚，其实内部气孔很大，吃起来很柔软很有嚼劲。披萨上桌，可能会觉得它烤糊了，看起来脏脏的，因为它的饼边会带着一圈类似马蜂点状的黑点点，这正是正宗那不列斯披萨的天然“胎记”。

–Leto–

Leto在中东地区多国都有分店，是餐厅+咖啡馆相结合的精致cafe，白色的logo和法式的装修风格，很受迪拜local们喜爱。

最早发现它家，也是被满店的“黑袍、白袍”吸引。当地人对于咖啡馆很挑剔，所以跟着当地人喜欢的口味走准没错。

|印度餐厅|

–Farzi Cafe–

迪拜最多就数印度人了，餐厅就更不用说了，满大街都是，不过我的印度同事向我们推荐了这家最受欢迎的印度餐厅，整体属于比较现代改良式的印度菜，喜欢尝试新鲜菜系的朋友可以来试试。
