|土 耳 其 餐 厅|


– Babaji –

Babaji是一家地道的土耳其餐厅,也是迪拜为数不多的带有砖木烤箱(在土耳其通常用于Pide烤箱)的餐厅之一,这使所有Pide(土耳其披萨)都具有独特的风味。

在土耳其去麦当劳喝的不是可口可乐,是酸奶!酸奶可說是土耳其的国民饮品,不但口味酸甜清爽,更是去油解膩、帮助肠胃消化的健康饮品,在吃完一盘油膩的烤肉后一定要来一杯,才能吃更多啊!

Kofte 你知道吗?肉丸其实不是来自瑞典,而是在土耳其发源的!这更是经过瑞典政府亲自证实!肉丸料理在土耳其是个非常家常的料理,呈现的形式多变,有长的有扁的有圓的,烹煮的方式更是多元,煎烤燉炸样样來,其中最特別的「辣味生肉丸」,传说是以前的猎人因为家里无法用火,只好將肉磨成泥生吃。

喜欢烤肉,又不想吃的这么油膩,那就來点酸酸甜甜的清爽組合吧!將烤肉切成薄片,再淋上用蕃茄燉出來的浓稠肉醬,接著再加上奶油和一大坨清爽的優格,配着饭一起吃,除了常見的羊肉,也有牛肉跟鸡肉,想找点中下程度重口味的料理,这道最对味!

|那不列斯披萨|


 L’Antica Pizzeria da Michele 

那不勒斯披萨(Neapolitan Pizza /Pizza Napoletana)是用西红柿和马苏里拉芝士制作。

面团则必须用0号或者00号面粉(或者二者混用)、那不勒斯天然酵母或啤酒酵母、水和盐制成。意大利00小麦粉、鲜酵母、水和盐,它的面团配方中没有糖和油。水和盐的使用比例都比美式披萨面团要高一些。

为了做出正宗的面团,必须使用高筋面粉,用手或机器低速搅拌。面饼的制作过程只能用手,不能用擀面杖或者机器帮助,而且厚度不能超过3毫米。披萨必须在500摄氏度左右用橡木烘烤的石炉中烘烤45-90秒。饼底有专门的开皮手法,而且已经列入了世界非物质文化遗产名录当中。

烘烤出炉的披萨很有特色,内部薄薄的,边缘却高高隆起,饼边看起来很厚,其实内部气孔很大,吃起来很柔软很有嚼劲。披萨上桌,可能会觉得它烤糊了,看起来脏脏的,因为它的饼边会带着一圈类似马蜂点状的黑点点,这正是正宗那不列斯披萨的天然“胎记”。

Leto

Leto在中东地区多国都有分店,是餐厅+咖啡馆相结合的精致cafe,白色的logo和法式的装修风格,很受迪拜local们喜爱。

最早发现它家,也是被满店的“黑袍、白袍”吸引。当地人对于咖啡馆很挑剔,所以跟着当地人喜欢的口味走准没错。

Farzi Cafe

迪拜最多就数印度人了,餐厅就更不用说了,满大街都是,不过我的印度同事向我们推荐了这家最受欢迎的印度餐厅,整体属于比较现代改良式的印度菜,喜欢尝试新鲜菜系的朋友可以来试试。
