只有17％的人每天进行适度的锻炼，包括连续做十分钟以上的家务劳动，65％的人每周进行4至6次活动，18％的人每周进行1至3次活动。
如果所有居民都坚持参加体育运动，迪拜的糖尿病患病率可以减少到10％
