迪拜面向中国公民已恢复免费落地签政策。中国公民持有效期在6个月以上的普通护照，可在迪拜享受30天停留期

为保障旅客和当地社区安全，目前所有前往迪拜和转机的乘客，都须提供核酸检测阴性结果证明，且遵守如下入境规定：

  • 旅行前：

获得COVID-19核酸检测阴性结果证明：

–所有前往迪拜的乘客，包括在迪拜转机的乘客，都必须持有纸质版COVID-19核酸检测(PCR)阴性结果证明（不包括12岁以下的儿童和中度或严重残疾的乘客），才能获准登机。

-检测时间：核酸检测时间须在出发前96个小时以内（因目的地不同时间要求会有所区别），乘客办理登机时应携带纸质版检测报告（任何短信及电子证明将不予接受），建议携带英文版。

-检测机构：从印度、巴基斯坦和孟加拉国出发的乘客须选择阿联酋航空指定的检测机构（名单见官网：https://c.ekstatic.net/ecl/documents/health-screening-documents/approved-laboratories.pdf），从其他国家出发的乘客也可选择由各地政府授权的检测机构。

  • 值机时

-提交健康申报表：所有前往迪拜的乘客，包括在迪拜转机的乘客，需填写健康申报表（链接：https://c.ekstatic.net/ecl/documents/dubai-health-declaration-form.pdf），并把该表格交给值机柜台的工作人员。该表格也可在值机柜台领取。（建议乘客尽量提前打印填写，以减少机场办理值机的等待时间。）

  • 航班上

-填写隔离承诺表：最终目的地是迪拜的乘客，须在飞机上领取和填写隔离承诺表（内容参考链接：https://c.ekstatic.net/ecl/documents/dubai-arrivals-quarantine-procedure-declaration-form-july.pdf），该表格会由乘务员在飞机上发放。

  • 落地后

-提交隔离承诺表：请在抵境时把填写完毕的隔离承诺表交给迪拜卫生局的工作人员。

-再次核酸检测：以迪拜为目的地的乘客抵达迪拜后，可能仍需接受核酸检测。这些乘客在机场接受核酸检测后，须在酒店或住所等待检测结果。若检测结果呈阳性，须按照迪拜卫生局的指引进行隔离。

-下载DXB Smart App：旅客须下载COVID-19 – DXB Smart App应用程序。
