6月22日凌晨WhatsApp却给了我们一个超级惊喜：WhatsApp上的语音和视频聊天可以用了！

一名在迪拜工作的外籍人士兴奋的说：“我以为在阿联酋whatsApp的语音、视频通话功能是被禁止的，现在居然可以用了。我希望电信运营商不要再禁用这些功能。”

还有不少迪拜居民发Twitter说：亲测，不管是用Du还是Etisalat网络还是WiFi都能使用语音和视频通话！

后来电信管理局(TRA)在一份声明中表示：“阿联酋在互联网协议(VoIP)服务方面的政策没有变化。”

Emarat Al Youm报纸称：视频和语音通话在阿联酋突然能用是由于昨晚WhatsApp的全球更新。

还有知情人士也表明：WhatsApp的语音和视频通话功能仍然将被屏蔽。

但是，阿联酋居民在星期四晚些时候仍然可以使用WhatsApp的语音通话服务。
