45%的受访者预计今年房租将增加，而只有16.2%的人认为租金会下降。
而房地产公司Asteco指出，2017年，将会有更多租户和房东对房租进行讨价还价！compareit4me.com表示，鼓励租户和房东协商价格。“假设年度租金费用为Dhs100,000以上，谈下来即使降低5%，也将剩下一笔不小的费用。节约下来的不仅仅是租金，还包括中介费用。”
