一般而言，骆驼代表着显赫，一般还会有拍卖、赛跑和选美等比赛相伴。在未来两周就会有这样一次活动。

游客可以在这里尽享阿拉伯赛马比赛、赛车比赛、包枣比赛、猎犬比赛和猎鹰比赛。

这一活动的另一个亮点就是给游客们提供了一个回望阿联酋过去的机会。

在活动上会有180个迪拜妇女经营的摊位，销售手工制作的纪念品、香水、草药和传统石雕。

专办方主席Mohammed Khalaf Al Mazrouei说：“有了Sheikh Khalifa总统的支持，本次文化节将会保存阿联酋最传统的文化。”

他说：“文化遗产的保护是我们国家身份认同的重要一环。文化认同代表了国父Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan的立国之本。愿上帝保佑他。”

“本次文化节因为很好的传承了贝多因文化和在西方世界选传了Al Dhafra而获得了很好的国际声望。这些都是我们文化复兴的一部分。文化节还得到了高层的呵护和关照。”

“Al Dhafra代表了我们刺激经济的决心以及向将我们西部大开发的决心。”

Khalid Rashid Al Darei每年都会从Al Ain驱车参加活动。

他说：“我每年都不止一次参加活动。这一文化节能够将海湾地区的部落齐聚一堂。”

“使文化节变得更有趣的就是他的竞技性。大家都想拔得头筹。”

Al Darei说，来自海湾地区的参加者数目已在不断增加。这些人相信他们的加入会使活动的气氛更加好。

“文化节可以给人们带来恒久的快乐，同时我们的快乐也能和临近的国家一起分享。”

Al Darei先生说：“文化节另一个成功的原因在于主办方能够给参与者带来不寻常的体验。”

“文化节上有很多特色活动，包括赛骆驼、赛犬、赛马、包枣等种种项目。”

皇室总是第一个参加各种项目，这也让参观的人们非常满意。

Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed出息了本次活动的开幕式。

“我们领导人的快乐就是我们人民最大的快乐。能够使我们的领导感到快乐是我们的荣幸。”

Al Darei爱好摄影，经常会带相机参加活动。

“我也是有预期的，一般都会把拍摄重心放在游客开心的样子上。今天虽然我离开的较早，但是我还会回来的。”

第一届文化节举办于2008年，这些年来文化节已经成了西部最吸引人的旅游项目之一。

赛犬和猎鹰项目在2011年加入，这些项目也吸引了Yemen和Jordan的游客前来参观。

游客人数的增加也意味着奖金总数的增加，目前的奖金总数为5000万迪拉姆。

本届活动12月28日闭幕。
