阿联酋华人社区中心是由阿联酋华商捐资，依照阿联酋法律注册登记的一家非赢利性的民间组织，具有独立法人资格，专业为阿联酋华人同胞排忧解难，弘扬”团结树尊严，阿中颂友谊”精神，以团结、服务、造福华人，树立华人同胞在阿联酋的社会形象和地位为宗旨的公益机构。

华人社区中心于二○○四年七月十五日成立并开始服务，成立的目的是为阿联酋华人同胞担忧解难，弘扬”团结树尊严，阿中颂友谊”精神。成立初期华人社区中心向全阿联酋8万多华人以海报、报刊广告方式大力宣传，聘用仁人志士为社区中心秘书长等理事人员，筛选出品德高尚的华人精英，专业处理华人同胞在阿联酋所遇到的问题和困难，如：签证过期、经济纠纷、支票跳票、劳务纠纷、保释华人、咨询事项、推荐职业，提供经商信息等等。

华人社区中心坚持以服务华人为目的，帮助了一名华人，同时也要求被帮之人去帮助生活条件更差的华人，形成一股和气融融，一人有难众人帮的良好风气，使一些心存不良的雇主、奸商、坏势力一听说有阿联酋华人社区中心参与调解就闻风丧胆，望而生畏。社区中心向华商华人提供资信较好的商家信息，如：地产、旅游、饮食等，并不定期的举行联谊活动，不分尊卑贵贱，缩短贫富会员间距离，使华商华人如同兄弟姐妹，让一些华人由社区中心要求而去帮助华人，升华到由衷的去帮助身边起步较晚的华人同胞，并因此而感到快乐和自豪，逐渐消除阿联酋华人社会存在着的不良现象。

社区中心成立后以诚信优质的服务把大家凝聚在社区这个温暖大家庭的周围，赢得了广大华人的拥护和爱戴，并受到了华人同胞的好评，使社区中心以矫健的步伐走过了过去的八年。总结八年来的工作的经验，社区中心依据这八年来工作的摸索和广大华人的需求点来进一步完善工作制度和调整服务范围，将以崭新的面貌与大家见面。

社区中心的服务范围基本概括如下：
１、帮华人解决暂时性的生存问题，根据具体情况提供必要的资助；
２、雇佣纠纷；
３、华人无辜拘留；
４、为华人介入金融、地产行业提供帮助；
５、为初来阿联酋的华人提供经商方面的可行性建议；

社区服务：
1、《社区报》；
2、提供劳工与商业咨询服务；
3、提供法律咨询服务；
4、阿拉伯语、英语学习班及中文学习班；

以上是社区中心为华人提供的免费服务项目，该中心会责无旁贷的为您排忧解难，给您出谋划策，节省您宝贵的时间，把您的损失降到最低程度，在处理各种事务的过程中发生的成本费用将由您来承担，社区中心将在无赢利的情况下竭诚为您服务。希望广大华人团结起来，携手并进，共创未来，相信我们的明天更美好。
